I first met Sara when she was the listing agent at an open house that I was casually browsing a few years before I was ready to buy. She left a great impression because when I went into that open house there was only me and one other couple and all of us were first time home buyers and casual browsers, not serious potential buyers. Even so Sara spent a long time talking with us and telling us about the home buying process. A few years later in 2020 I remembered Sara and how helpful, friendly, and informative she had been so I contacted her to buy a condo in the Ravenswood area. I had seen a condo online that I really loved, but she helped me find numerous other options to consider, talked me through the process, helped me see the pros and cons of each home and met with me multiple times to go view condos while dealing with my indecisiveness. When I did put in my offer Sara was very informative about what the value should be and why, and what to consider when deciding where to start my offer while never pressuring me to go one way or another. 2020 was much more of a buyers market but she still had to help me navigate a very stubborn seller with some back and forth negotiation. Four and a half years later in 2025 I worked with Sara again to sell the same condo in this crazy market. It was a garden level condo so despite how easily things were selling, we knew we didn't have the same appeal as something above ground. Sara helped me stage the place to highlight the natural sunlight, we decided to list at the peak of the season to maximize our buyers, and she was there for every single showing, hosted the open houses, and attended the inspection. Sara was very detail oriented with her analysis of the comps in the market to determine what we should list it for and what it might appriase for. She was similarly thorough in analyzing the offers I received and what the pros and cons of each one might be. In the end I sold the condo very quickly at a higher price than I had dared hope for.

Sara is an absolute SUPER STAR. From the very first meeting, Sara was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. As we got into our search Sara truly was an advocate for us as she always asked the important questions (often ones we would not have thought to ask). She gave us an honest take on whether or not the property was a good investment which showed us that she wasn’t just trying to close a deal. Through it all, she held our hand and made every step as clear and easy as it can be. From cost analysis and comp analysis to the closing paperwork she made it seamless and easy. We often found ourselves asking "When does it get stressful?" It never did thanks to Sara. The condo we bought is truly a dream home for us and I don't believe we would have gotten it if it weren't for Sara. She found creative ways to enhance our offer and make us the most competitive all while staying in our budgetary constraints. In the end, we found our dream home, and the process was as enjoyable as life's biggest purchase can be. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I couldn’t imagine buying my first condo in Chicago until I met Sara! I initially was debating working with another realtor when we met, but Sara had such a wealth of knowledge about the area/process and was not only extremely organized but incredibly thorough. I ended up deciding to go with Sara as my realtor for my first time purchase and I’m so thankful I did! She walked me through every step of the process and continuously answered all of my questions with ease. If you’re a first time home buyer who’s anxious about such a big purchase and trying to decide if you’re making the right call like I was, she’s the one to go with. She’s very honest/transparent and will shoot it straight with you, I never ONCE got an “inauthentic/salesy” vibe from her where she was just looking to close a deal like I did with other realtors. You could tell she truly cared about you/finding the best fit for your home and always had your best interest in mind! I feel like I got an excellent deal on my condo in Chicago through her negotiation expertise/comp work and she’s very quick to respond if you’re needing an urgent response about something. If I ever sell in the future, she’d be the only one I would trust to work with. I cannot recommend her more, I even have other friends in the area who are now using her and love her as well!
